As a business development associate, Michael is responsible for internally supporting the client portfolio managers in their sales efforts, including identifying new investors, conducting market research, developing business outreach strategies, maintaining client relationships, and implementing and overseeing the firm’s Salesforce CRM database. He also assists with sales reporting and analyzing the team’s pipeline progression.


Michael joined CCM from Slalom Consulting, where he was a member of the sales team supporting financial services clients. His responsibilities included CRM management, lead development/reporting, and RFP submission. Michael received his B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University.
