As a business development associate, Michael supports the client portfolio managers in their sales efforts by identifying new investors, conducting market research, developing outreach strategies, maintaining client relationships, and managing the firm’s Salesforce CRM database. He also assists with sales reporting and analyzes the team’s pipeline progression.

Biography:

Michael joined CCM from Slalom Consulting, where he was part of the sales team supporting financial services clients. His responsibilities included CRM management, lead development and reporting, and RFP submission. Michael received his B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University.
