We are committed to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

One of CCM’s core values is “Mutual Respect” whereby we foster a collaborative environment which encourages professional and personal development among individuals with diverse backgrounds and talents. This includes internal leadership and mentorship programs with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. We believe that diversity in the decision-making process enhances results and as such, we facilitate diversity in employee hiring, training, and promotion and consider diversity factors in our investment process. In 2020, we created a DEI committee shaped by our values and our work with team members from all areas of the firm and with different backgrounds and life experiences.
