As executive chairman, Todd has oversight responsibilities for CCM’s operating business, including its strategic direction and investment strategies. He also focuses on strategic marketing initiatives, business development, and new product offerings. He founded the firm in 1998 and has over two decades of experience in impact and ESG investing. Todd is a member of CCM’s board of directors, Enterprise Risk Management Committee, Strategic Management Committee, Impact and CRA Committee, and Compliance Committee.
In 1998, Todd founded CCM, and in 1999, he launched the CCM Community Impact Bond Fund (formerly, the CRA Qualified Investment Fund), which is one of the largest fixed income impact investing mutual funds. In 2013, he created the CCM Alternative Income Fund to fill the void of a market-neutral income-oriented, publicly traded mutual fund. Prior to founding CCM, Todd co-founded SunCoast Capital Group, Ltd., an institutional, fixed income broker/dealer. Todd is a board member of the Jason Taylor Foundation. Todd received his B.S. in finance from the University of Florida. He holds FINRA licenses: Series 6 and 7.
