As executive chair, Todd sets the organization’s strategic direction and oversees its implementation. He works closely with the board of directors and provides guidance and support to senior management. He also plays a key role in driving business development and the creation of new product offerings. Todd founded CCM in 1998 and brings nearly three decades of experience in impact investing. He serves on CCM’s Board of Directors and is a member of the firm’s Enterprise Risk Management Committee, Management Committee, Impact and CRA Committee, and Compliance Committee.
Biography:
Todd founded CCM in 1998 and, the following year, launched the CCM Community Impact Bond Fund (formerly the CRA Qualified Investment Fund), now one of the largest fixed income impact investing mutual funds. Before establishing CCM, Todd co-founded SunCoast Capital Group, Ltd., an institutional, fixed income broker/dealer. He is a board member of the Jason Taylor Foundation. Todd received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida and holds FINRA licenses: Series 6 and 7.
