As chief of staff, Ilyne is responsible for assisting the executive team with the day-to-day operations of the firm. She collaborates with the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies, helping to identify and help solve core problems or opportunities within business processes. Ilyne provides support and oversight for Operations and Technology as well as special projects and initiatives, employee engagement activities, and training. She is the primary lead for human resources and assists in compliance-related matters for the mutual fund trusts and adviser entities. Ilyne is a member of CCM’s DEI Committee, Compliance Committee, and Management Committee.
Biography:
Ilyne joins CCM after running her own accounting business for a number of years. Prior to entrepreneurship, she was a controller at HealthwoRx and worked in banking for over 10 years at Bank of America.
