As a client relations manager, Alexa serves as a key liaison between the firm and its clients. She is responsible for delivering a high-quality client experience through clear communication, proactive engagement, and deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies. She also assists with sales and client reporting and helps support client onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing services needs.

Biography:

Alexa joined CCM from Financial Advisor Magazine, where she was part of the sales team and worked closely with financial firms to execute their marketing strategies and business development. Alexa received her B.S. in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Monmouth University.
