As an impact and financial data manager, Adele oversees the creation and ongoing accuracy of the firm’s impact and financial metrics. She collaborates closely with the technology, marketing, and investment teams to manage client impact reports, ensuring quality assurance for impact data points, impact themes, and impact stories. Her responsibilities also include ensuring clients are earmarked investments that align with their CRA requirements and/or impact objectives. She is a member of the firm’s Impact and CRA Committee.

Biography:

Adele joined CCM after earning her Masters in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. For her capstone project at Columbia, she collaborated with Ithaca’s Office of Sustainability to advance its goal of fully decarbonizing its building stock by 2030. Before attending Columbia, she worked as a loan processor at Mortgage Network, where she assessed borrower information for potential purchases or refinances. Adele received her B.A. in Environmental Studies, with concentrations in English and Earth Science, from Vassar College. She was a member of Vassar’s women’s lacrosse team and led the team’s sustainability initiatives.
