Since 1999, CCM has partnered with banks to help meet the investment test requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). The CRA encourages banks to help meet the credit needs of the entire community in which they do business, with a particular focus on low- and moderate-income (LMI) communities, consistent with safe and sound operations.
