As an investment analyst, Malika is responsible for building and maintaining investment portfolio reports for risk, attribution, and quantitative analytics. He is also responsible for daily portfolio compliance, performance monitoring, and running bond modeling systems. He assists with researching investment opportunities for their environmental and social impacts as well as community development activities that meet the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Malika is part of the firm’s analyst program, where he works with the senior portfolio managers learning how to analyze each sector within CCM’s investment portfolios.

Biography:

Malika joined CCM after receiving his master’s degree in engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. During his time at Berkeley, he participated in a number of internship programs, including an innovative finance intern at Health Finance Institute, a corporate finance intern at KPMG, and a banking intern at Hatton National Bank. Malika received both his B.A. in economics and data science and his Master of Engineering in development economics and international development from the University of California, Berkley.
