As a senior client portfolio manager, Joff works closely with the investment team and serves as the firm’s northeast wholesaler with a primary focus on the New York metropolitan area. He is responsible for sales through advisory and various distribution/platform channels and serves as a liaison between the portfolio management team and clients/prospects to ensure the team’s investment strategies are effectively represented. He maintains a detailed understanding of portfolio activity, performance analytics, positioning, and the capital markets. Joff also coordinates seminars and other client events for financial advisors on impact and ESG investing educational initiatives.

Biography: 

Joff has three decades of experience in investment management distribution. He is adept at establishing and maintaining partnerships with many of the top financial advisors and firms in his territory. Working with financial advisors for most of his career, Joff has an expertise in understanding and articulating business and investment strategies, and why they are a good fit for his partners and their clients. Prior to joining CCM, he was a Regional Vice President at Transamerica where he was responsible for selling their sub-advised mutual funds across all channels. Prior to Transamerica, Joff was with Hartford Funds and worked for PIMCO Funds, where he was awarded four-time Wholesaler of the Year. He serves on the Board of Governors for the New York Cardiac Center and is a member of the Executive Committee for the Allied Educational Foundation. Joff received his B.S. in Economics and Finance from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He holds FINRA licenses Series 7 and 63 and his Chartered SRI Counselor SM – CSRIC®.
